2. Products
TRI-COMA sells premium colognes and fragrances infused with hemp and cannabis-derived terpenes. All products are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill and contain no controlled substances. Products are intended for external use only as fragrances.
3. Orders & Pricing
All prices are listed in US Dollars. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. Orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Orders over $200 qualify for free shipping.
5. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products (fragrances), we accept returns of unopened, unused items within 30 days of delivery. Opened items may be eligible for exchange or store credit at our discretion. Contact us to initiate a return.
6. Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from TRI-COMA. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
